Tri-State Training and Safety Consulting, LLC. has a no refund policy on purchases after the payment process has been completed.
If you have enrolled in events or courses which require a prepayment, the prepayment is considered to be a non refundable deposit to participate in the event and will not be returned if you decide not to attend the event. Event payments are due in full prior to attending the event and when the payment is processed it is considered non refundable. A late payment fee of 3% will be applied to all past due invoices and all discounts will be null and void. Payments for participants who "no show" and/or "no call" will not be transferable or refunded. If a participant is unable to attend their scheduled training they will need to contact the training company 12 hours prior to the training via phone or email. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of all fees and the course will not be transferable. Any participant who arrives 10 minutes or more late to a class will need to reschedule and all fees associated with the scheduled training will be non transferable or refunded.
