Father of two and an Emergency Medical provider with over 15 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Emergency Dispatch and as a Critical Care Liaison. That experience is in the areas of rural and suburban EMS with tactical and regional response teams. Kevin has built Tri-State with the initiative to provide community and professional based courses that are accessible at anytime a customer is in need. Kevin is certified to teach for ALL ACCREDITING AGENCIES.

Founder/President

Christine is the Human Resources Manager. She has been with the company for four years. She brings over fifteen years of professional experience in human resources and education management to Tri-State Training. She is passionate about cultivating a positive and thriving work environment, where employees can excel and reach their full potential. She is excited to be part of the Tri-State team and contribute to their ongoing success by building and nurturing a talented and engaged workforce. When not at work, you can find her spending time with her family and friends, enjoying all life has to offer.

Christine Snyder

Human Resources Manager

Sarah is the Operations Manager for Tri-State Training. She has been with the company for 4 years. Sarah is responsible for training our instructors and ensuring that they stay up to date with the required knowledge, skills, and materials to properly deliver training. Sarah is certified to teach for the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Tri-State Training, and the American Safety and Health Institute. Her previous 14 years of experience, as a CNA, has given her the confidence to educate the public on various safety trainings. Sarah finds it very rewarding to see students take what they have learned in our classes and apply the techniques in the real world.

Makenzie has been with Tri-State for over 4 years, making her the longest tenured employee with the company. Makenzie is our Accounts Receivable. She also schedules most of the classes that Tri-State teaches and issues certificates to students, who have completed classes. Makenzie has built close relationships with our long-term clients. When she is not at work, you can find Makenzie at a concert, Phillies game, or the beach.

Emily is Tri-State’s Digital Marketer! She is the face behind our social media accounts. Emily started at Tri-State in September 2021, as the office administrator for Fire Protection, after stepping away from the elementary education field. Emily enjoys the creativity of designing posts and building new relationships with clients. In her spare time, Emily takes joy in spending time with her family and pets, trying out new restaurants, and reading.

Tabitha has been with Tri-State Training since September 2020. She initially started out with our sister company, Tri-State Fire Protection, but switched to TST to work as a scheduling coordinator and instructor. The best parts about her job are the opportunities to educate people on life-saving skills and traveling. Tabitha's number one passion in life is her children. When she isn't working, she can be found at one of her kids’ sports games/practices or at home having family game night.

Morgan is a dedicated instructor who has proudly been working at Tri-State Training since December 2020. With a strong passion for teaching life-saving techniques, Morgan strives to equip her students with the confidence and ability to respond effectively during an emergency. Morgan is dedicated to promoting public safety through high- quality Cpr education.

Andrew started at Tri-State Training in May 2023, making him the newest member to the team. He is the Scheduling Coordinator and is responsible for helping our clients get set up for their next classes. When Andrew is not in the office, he can be found playing video & card games, Dungeons & Dragons, and exploring & enjoying life!
